Introduction
Welcome to Inteliweb. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Inteliweb's website, AI integration tools, and software development services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Inteliweb.
Use of Services
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree not to disrupt or interfere with the security or performance of the Services.
- You shall not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code from our proprietary AI models.
Note: Specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) may apply to enterprise clients and take precedence over these general terms.
Intellectual Property
The Services and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Inteliweb and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Inteliweb.
Upon full payment of project fees, the Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered software or integration results as specified in their individual Statement of Work (SOW).
Privacy Policy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding data collection and processing.

In no event shall Inteliweb, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services;
- Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full.
